Dr. John Aguilar & My Fellow Class Mates, 8/24/2012 5:53 P.M.
How are you today I hope everyone is doing fine I am writing another blog in hopes this one is seen or notice since my other ones were not found or over look. I hope that these are not done in vain. Especially since the title of this blog assignment deals with as follows:
"LOVING KINDNESS, SUBTLE MIND, VISUALIZATION, MEDITATION"..
I like to first say I love it loving kindness within myself yes I do feel like am reaching towards the stars and when I do am healing with my clear mind ever changing moving mind my body is still but my mind is moving my thoughts my images are graceful and universal the clouds am above them and am looking around I see in front of me at a distance mountains and behind those mountains is a light so bright like the sun hiding, maybe that is heaven over there the silence the inner essence I feel is majestic all of this from, loving kindness, in me and subtle mind and visualizing from meditation. The experience is of unity of the consciousness is pure awareness and also healing in motion. It takes practice everyday I do mine in the morning before my day begins. I put my mind in the relax state my body in a stillness and my my and my spirit connects. I prefer to do this in the morning before the day begins then wisdom can come in and strengthen the mind and body before the day begins, preparation for the next level unfolds when I leave from my comfort-zone.
It begins with a simple breath as we were taught as the focal point. And then we must watch our mind carefully. With the mind responding to the mental activity you really must focus and brig it back and concentrate. It takes practice it's in the breathing and focusing on that as well. What I like is when you train yourself like this your mind does actually drop into your heart for sure. All the clutter is going gone the mental chatter is going one, the doubts leave your deepest part of you is opening yourself naturally and you feel free, It clear...no doubting calmness. when you stabilize your mind to this point, the more you do it the more your inner-being learns that the mind-heart-body-soul-spirit- is growing and flourishing into more happiness and wholeness.
Meditation is wonderful it really does what it says. Just close your eyes and believe the mind-body connection our body is very informative indeed and training yourself for this you will not go wrong. Traveling from your mind to your brain working together your heart beats your cells moving the chemistry of all moving together is a wonderful exercise. Our breathing changing I have notice mine yes, my blood pressure has went down the since my most recent appointment this month to the doctor. I do not have those spasm breathing attacks like I use too. my nerves more calmer muscles more relax and yes, loving kindness is growing everyday is truly a blessing. ReplyDeleteI'm so glad I finally found your blog site! I'm glad that you have a personal testimony for meditation. It is a phenomenal tool to achieve integral health and relieving stress also. I have a few CDs on meditating and I mix it up every now and then.

DeleteI just got back from a expierence that was so awesome, Let's say it was already predetermine and predestine to be. I was welcome back home with so much love and the love that was in me was so overflowing a couple of family memebers would actually not let me go! Much more happen that had me visualize how peaceful my spirit was how wonderful the atmosphere it was like souls connecting like never before although we were no strangers. I feel all of this is from learning what we have learned this semester from our class with our Professor Aguilar. Wonderful just wonderful. Well you will always be someone I will remember and thank you the same to you be richly bless.
