Dr. John Aguilar & My Fellow Class Mates, 8/24/2012 5:53 P.M.
How are you today I hope everyone is doing fine I am writing another blog in hopes this one is seen or notice since my other ones were not found or over look. I hope that these are not done in vain. Especially since the title of this blog assignment deals with as follows:
"LOVING KINDNESS, SUBTLE MIND, VISUALIZATION, MEDITATION"..
I like to first say I love it loving kindness within myself yes I do feel like am reaching towards the stars and when I do am healing with my clear mind ever changing moving mind my body is still but my mind is moving my thoughts my images are graceful and universal the clouds am above them and am looking around I see in front of me at a distance mountains and behind those mountains is a light so bright like the sun hiding, maybe that is heaven over there the silence the inner essence I feel is majestic all of this from, loving kindness, in me and subtle mind and visualizing from meditation. The experience is of unity of the consciousness is pure awareness and also healing in motion. It takes practice everyday I do mine in the morning before my day begins. I put my mind in the relax state my body in a stillness and my my and my spirit connects. I prefer to do this in the morning before the day begins then wisdom can come in and strengthen the mind and body before the day begins, preparation for the next level unfolds when I leave from my comfort-zone.
It begins with a simple breath as we were taught as the focal point. And then we must watch our mind carefully. With the mind responding to the mental activity you really must focus and brig it back and concentrate. It takes practice it's in the breathing and focusing on that as well. What I like is when you train yourself like this your mind does actually drop into your heart for sure. All the clutter is going gone the mental chatter is going one, the doubts leave your deepest part of you is opening yourself naturally and you feel free, It clear...no doubting calmness. when you stabilize your mind to this point, the more you do it the more your inner-being learns that the mind-heart-body-soul-spirit- is growing and flourishing into more happiness and wholeness.
Meditation is wonderful it really does what it says. Just close your eyes and believe the mind-body connection our body is very informative indeed and training yourself for this you will not go wrong. Traveling from your mind to your brain working together your heart beats your cells moving the chemistry of all moving together is a wonderful exercise. Our breathing changing I have notice mine yes, my blood pressure has went down the since my most recent appointment this month to the doctor. I do not have those spasm breathing attacks like I use too. my nerves more calmer muscles more relax and yes, loving kindness is growing everyday is truly a blessing. Thank you Dr. Aguilar and good luck to my fellow class mates wishing you the best and also hoping my blog is notice this time by all, I pray. goodbye.

UNIT 7 My Blog for class
I hope it is found by Dr. Aguilar & Classmates,
Note: Some of us have had troubles retrieving our blogs well I finally found mine but under other listings as well that I do not understand how this happen. I just fouund the page where fellow classmates answer my last blog, I had to post this to show that I truly am interested in solving this problem. Now on with my blog.

Processes, then what exactly does 'Health' means, in such a "Multidimensional Being". Ken Wilbur
I feel the capacity to care is the thing which gives life it's deepest significance. Pablo Cassals
Integral Medicine for you, expression of love is not some sentimint, it is helping mortal people get to now and realization. Going pass putting ego to the side and getting into a space when one is willing to appeal to a higher universal wisdom than myself with unfailing kindness life will always show us what we need to really learn. There is one thing I feel that healer and patient share a common view. One thing for sure the human body is just not an assembiage of physical parts, but contains mental, and spiritual dimension. We find as we learn about healing and meditation and holistic medicine it's roots of our prime existense, learning the tecniques in breathing exercises reducing stress and mental strain on our body and healing our body through important steps. One thing is for sure the relationship between mind and body will become more real when we approach and transform our life. When we find the meaning of this step and do it everyday, we will heal ourselves and others around us and harmony will stand up and out and you and I will become one.

UNIT 5 " SUBTLE MIND " 8/3/2012
I never really thought about my mind like I am thinking today. The inner part of the mind the outer part of the mind as well as the deeper inner part of our mind. I agree I must share with you the reading is been so intense we really should have learned this in school just like they teach physical education we should have been taught the physical aspects of the mind.
We might all be geniuses today. Not knowing about the name of mental chatter, and learning about mental self it's benefits has really been unique. The calmness and learning to train the mind has been a strategic but satisfying transformation. How we deal with our thoughts how our thoughts are so vast but yet we never thought of it all the time so simple as the white clouds we see them when we look up but beyond the clouds is the vastness of the sky so wide so blue and how far does it go. Ever changing moving mind is awesome and yet we have not understood the many metaphors that can help us to understand our minds. We catch our thoughts and then some of our thoughts are in space. What a gift the brain holds our mind.
We listen to mental chatter then sometimes we miss important moments. I see that the subtle mind is reveal the essence of silence and the spaciousness yes and also the peace and clarity and we are all in this together, life. When we realize the importance of the subtle mind we will come into more pure mental control of all round us and we will have a calmness in our mind and spirit and body I feel. I found it to be very deep and so priceless and yet so pleasurable to know more and to learn more everyday.
